Group Coaching brings people working on recovery together. Group members set weekly goals and commit to structured action steps. A certified coach provides guidance. Group members share their experience, struggles, and successes to support each other.
Group sessions last about 50 minutes and occur weekly. Meetings generally start with opening readings. Then each member reports in and receives feedback from the Coach and others in the group. Based on that feedback and recovery status, each member will set goals for the coming week. The Coach and group will suggest concrete steps to achieve those goals. This can involve reading, written exercises, and concrete actions.
Working Groups are peer-led experiences. Sometimes started by a coach, working groups rely on the "experience, strength, and hope" of the members. They provide support, feedback, and direction in recovery.

The recovery process occurs in stages. Coaching helps you assess where you are so you can move forward. The timing, order, and way you go through the stages is unique to you:
